You Don’t Have To Say You Love Me
Tesco’s are backing Mary Byrne ( bit of free good publicity me thinks )
Mary who sang a Dusty Springfield classic “You Don’t Have To Say You Love Me” on this week show was simply amazing again
last week she sang the all time classic from James Brown’s ‘It’s A Man’s Man’s Man’s World’, see below for both performances
a close friend of the X Factor told Ireland’s Evening Herald: “Last week was a tough one for everyone because it was the first live show but this week will be even tougher for Mary now that she’s shown what she can do.
“Her fans are expecting another brilliant performance from her and to be blown away again by that big voice. It’s nearly more important that she does well this weekend as she wants to prove it wasn’t just a one-off performance.”
The insider continued: “Louis has chosen a great song for her to sing. He just handed her his iPod and told her to listen to it over and over until she had it inside out. As she listened to it they just kept looking at each other, and then Mary started laughing nervously and they nodded to each other – I think they both know this will be amazing, if she can nail it.”
personal note – sorry for the lack of updates I have been quite ill but I am much better now

Mary Byrne is the new bookmakers favourite in this years X Factor
Mary who works by day in Tesco stunned audience and judges alike this weekend after her amazing performance of ‘I Who Have Nothing’ by Tom Jones. Bookies have tipped her for the top and given her odds of 6/1 ahead of previous favourite Gamu Nhengu who is 8/1
You can also bet on her appearing on Oprah Winfrey, hitting the number one spot in the US and selling more copies of her single than Subo
